Previously a cofounder of Cardea Bio, he brings a decade of entrepreneurial experience in biotechnology. Ross is a key figure in the San Diego startup ecosystem, driving advancements in medical technology.

Tim has 25 years of experience in life sciences, drug discovery, clinical diagnostics, and data management markets. He has developed and commercialized multiple instrument and reagent platforms and enterprise data solutions, enabling multi-omics, gene editing, SynBio, AI, imaging, and molecular diagnostics applications. Tim has held executive roles at Codex DNA, BioLegend, Shadowbox, and Flywheel, successfully leading multiple fundraising, M&As, and market expansion in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.

With over 25 years of experience in the MedTech industry, Susan has a strong background in computer science and expertise in software development and operational management. Throughout her career, she has worked with start-ups—one of which she co-founded—as well as larger medical device companies, giving her a unique perspective on innovation and scaling operations in the healthcare space.

Chad combines 20+ years of expertise in distributed networking with innovative biotechnology applications. A recipient of PROFIT’s Top 30 under 30 in Canada, his previous ventures – Spark Robotics, Fuse Integration, and Koriist – pioneered secure communication solutions, culminating in selection for the US OSD Foreign Comparative Test program. At CRISPR QC, he leverages a computer science and neuroscience background to architect scalable analytics software that bridges digital sensors across life sciences systems.

Ken is responsible for commercial sales and revenue growth within CRISPR QC. Ken brings decades of experience developing and commercializing biosensors, assays, and life science tools.

Jason brings nearly 2 decades of experience in genomics, immunology, and emerging biotechnologies. As Sr Product Marketing Manager, Jason ensures every new idea is grounded in solid science, clear messaging, and measurable value for stakeholders.

Lauren is the lead scientist at CRISPR QC, bringing 16 years of combined academic and industry experience in cellular signaling, cancer drug design, and diagnostic assay development. She spearheads the design and implementation of robust assays that support commercial progress with her unique combination of CRISPR knowledge, extensive biosensor experience, and benchwork mastery.

Specializing in software development, data analysis, and process optimization, Carlos, who holds CAPM and Scrum Master certifications, excels at leading internal projects from concept to completion, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth execution. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation, Carlos focuses on practical solutions that enhance efficiency and deliver real impact.

Shweta is the point-of-contact for corporate marketing initiatives, effectively communicating the value of the CRISPR Analytics Platform within the gene editing ecosystem

Daniel takes a regimented approach to technology, enforcing precision and robustness in the backend to ensure user interfaces remain seamless and intuitive. Previously co-founder of Hush Technology (consumer electronics), Daniel brings expertise in both technical architecture and user experience.

Sheila has over 25 years of experience in the Biopharmaceutical Industry, with a focus on cGMP Quality Control, including the CDMO setting. She has experience in QC testing from raw materials through final release, including execution and review. She has extensive experience with cGMP documentation, i.e., SOPs, specifications, and protocols. At CRISPR QC, she is applying her expertise to operationalize laboratory protocols to cGMP standards.
